Orlando Identity & Testing handles Live Scan, FDLE and FBI fingerprinting and DOT and non-DOT drug tests for clients across Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Winter Park and nearby communities. Visitors arrive looking for one specific test or fingerprinting service, and the site has to show which one fits, what it costs and when they can come in.
Conversion Architecture
Zarp put a booking widget at the top of the homepage: visitors choose drug testing or fingerprinting, pick a priced service and select a date and an open time slot loaded from Zarp's appointments API, and the lead is created as soon as they leave their contact details, then updated as they finish. Behind it sit 14 service pages and 14 location pages that pair seven Orlando-area communities with fingerprinting and drug testing, all marked up with ProfessionalService, Offer and FAQ structured data. Twenty-two client testimonials, a Google Maps embed, a WhatsApp link and a blog on Zarp's CMS complete the site.
