This policy applies to all individuals and entities who:

  • Visit our primary website (zarpstudio.com) or associated landing pages.

  • Interact with digital assets, forms, lead funnels, or client applications managed or engineered by Zarp Studio on behalf of our enterprise and home-service clients.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you engage with our services, we collect information across three primary categories:

2.1 Information Provided Directly by You

  • Contact and Identity Data: Full name, professional title, corporate affiliation, business email address, direct phone number, and physical billing/shipping address.
  • Commercial and Project Data: Service briefs, brand assets, architectural specifications, domain registrar access, hosting credentials, and project communication records.
  • Financial and Billing Information: Payment transaction metadata, invoicing details, corporate tax identifiers, and payment method tokens (handled securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors).
  • Communications: Inquiries submitted through contact forms, demo bookings, email correspondence, and telephone call notes.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, and network provider.
  • Log and Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent per page, click patterns, referral source, error logs, and performance diagnostics.

2.3 Information Processed on Behalf of Clients (Data Processor Role)

When Zarp Studio builds and maintains web applications, lead capture funnels, or CRM systems for our clients, we may act as a Data Processor under applicable privacy laws. In this capacity, we process end-user inquiries, service request submissions, and booking information strictly in accordance with our client contracts and instructions.

3. Data Practices by Service Line

A. Website Creation & Full-Stack Engineering

During design and development, we process staging credentials, design assets, and database schemas. All production environments are deployed with strict HTTPS encryption, clean server configurations, and zero hardcoded secrets.

B. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local Search

We analyze aggregate search performance, Google Search Console indexing data, Google Business Profile (GBP) insights, and backlink graphs. We do not inspect unaggregated personal visitor identities during keyword or ranking optimization.

C. Paid Media & Conversion Optimization (Meta & Google Ads)

We configure conversion tracking pixels and Conversions API (CAPI) endpoints. All customer identifiers sent for server-side attribution are cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) prior to transmission.

D. Autonomous AI Systems (Hermes Zarp)

Our autonomous AI agents and AI Voice Receptionists process voice audio streams, call transcripts, and workflow triggers solely to execute authorized tasks (e.g. scheduling jobs, drafting client responses, routing leads). AI prompts and operational data are isolated and never exposed to public models.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use

When you authorize Hermes Zarp or Zarp Studio platforms to access your Google Account via OAuth, our applications access only the minimum necessary scopes required to deliver productivity and workflow capabilities.

“Hermes Zarp’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”

Our Strict Guarantees on Google User Data:

  • No Sale or Transfer: We do not sell, lease, or monetize Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising exchanges.
  • No Advertising: Google user data is never used or transferred to serve personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • No Generalized AI Model Training: We do not use Google user data to train or fine-tune general, multi-tenant foundation artificial intelligence models without explicit user consent.
  • Human Access Controls: Human employees do not read or inspect raw Google user data unless you provide explicit affirmative consent for technical debugging, or when required by applicable law.
