Friction Point
LicenseFix prepares contractors to pass Florida's state licensing exams, with courses, books, tabs and practice exams sold in English and Spanish from offices in Orlando, Tampa and Miami. The school needed one system to sell that material, deliver it to students and manage enrollments, payments and leads, without losing the search rankings its existing English URLs already had.
Conversion Architecture
Zarp built a Next.js platform where English keeps its original unprefixed URLs and Spanish lives under /es, with 11 course pages in three tiers and more than 100 product pages per language for books, tabs, calculators and packages, sold through a cart with coupons and Stripe Embedded Checkout. Enrolled students get a portal with video lessons, practice exams with review, flashcards and printable certificates, while the school runs everything from an admin back office: students, a course and exam builder, payments, products and a leads CRM with pipelines. A free-course funnel grants course access automatically, a separate landing page at lp.licensefixschool.com captures Meta Ads traffic, and a bilingual blog on Zarp's CMS feeds a 413-URL sitemap with Course, Product and EducationalOrganization structured data.
